The University of Kansas - Earth, Energy & Environment Center

ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ was chosen as the single-source mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor for two engineering labs in this highly visible building on the KU Lawrence campus.

ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ assisted in the construction of two new engineering labs at the University of Kansas. There are a total of nine stories with housing research labs, lecture halls and offices.  ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ was hired to be the sole-source MEP contractor on this project. We provided VDC modeling for the entire project.  ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ utilized the Trimble to lay out and shoot 80 percent of our hangers for the project.  P1 used our in-house sheet metal, plumbing, pipe fitting, and electrical fabrication shops in an effort to increase productivity.  The project is a highly visible building on KU campus as it sits on the North East corner of 15th and Naismith, and has a bridge spanning Naismith drive connecting it to Learned Hall.
