P1's Grit Award Goes to Carey Minihan

Carey Minihan is the recipient of the April 2018 Grit Award, which is part of P1’s Commitment to Excellence award program. Kollin Knox presented Carey with the award at the All Office Annual Meeting on Friday, April 27th.

Carey, a senior project manager for Team Synergy, has worked at ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ for 23 years. He manages hundreds of projects each year, ranging from several thousands of dollars to multi-million dollar projects. He is always willing to take on new challenges and has filled many roles during his tenure. In addition to managing projects, he is a founding member the P1 Productivity Committee, he represents P1 and the MCAA on the Local 533 Joint Apprentice Training Committee and he serves as a member of the P1 Safety Committee. He is currently leading a team on a $33 million hospital project.

Carey not only pays attention to the details, but he gives tirelessly of himself to ensure that his projects are successful. He is dedicated to his craft and the relationships he has built with his clients. As a mentor to many young managers and foremen, Carey consistently sets an example of our expectations, both in character and industry knowledge. His perseverance and dedication produce positive results.

Carey is not just engaged, he’s committed to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ and the greater good of the organization. P1 is proud to call Carey one of our own. Carey will receive one free day of PTO, a $100 gift certificate to the P1 Company Store and recognition on a plaque at the corporate headquarters. Congratulations Carey!
